No offences to the person who shooted this video nor to the one who uploaded (most probably its pins down to the same human) but really felt bad about one thing. The ambulance being stuck for so long when instead it should be given the first priority in all traffic condition after all its on its way to help some one who may be in pain or fighing on last breath. Its a AMBULANCE not a joke! do we even recollect what does that service signify?? Certainly the infrastructure, mentality and traffic sense in india needs a sea of change.
